5. Faulty or Damaged Items

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
